True Connections

True Connections is a 6 week therapy group geared towards individuals who are currently dating in NY.  The group will provide a supportive and safe environment in which members can process their experiences of dating and the vast range of emotions it can elicit.  We will explore past relational patterns that may be contributing to current dating experiences, gain insight and awareness around possible counterproductive behaviors, and learn practical tools and skills to take forward in navigating the challenges of dating and relationships. 

True Connections is led by Dr. Azeemah Kola, who specializes in attachment, intimacy, and relationship challenges.  

All prospective participants must first meet with Dr. Kola individually to gauge whether the group is aligned with what they are seeking.

In-Person: Brooklyn Heights (95 Pierrepont Street)
Starts September 2024
Thursday evenings - exact time TBD based on member preference
$80/session (Eligible for out of network reimbursement)
