Perhaps you are grappling with the effects of growing up in an environment where you felt unheard and invisible, or maybe you and your partner are struggling with communication issues that leave you feeling frustrated and disconnected. You might be facing conflicts within your relationship, navigating differing needs and expectations, or dealing with the emotional aftermath of infidelity. Whether we work individually, as a couple, or as a family, my goal is to help you uncover and address the core issues impacting your psychological well-being today.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, grief, and cultural displacement. In my work with couples and families, I focus on breaking patterns of communication that lead to distance or conflict, rebuilding trust and intimacy, and fostering deeper connections. My approach emphasizes the importance of being genuine and embracing your authentic self within your relationships.

My therapeutic style is warm, active, and collaborative. Together, we will develop strategies that address your most pressing concerns while drawing on the strengths and resources you already possess. My aim is to help you lead a life—and build relationships—that feel more vital, fulfilling, and connected.

As an immigrant and bilingual Hebrew/English therapist, I have experience working with Hebrew-speaking clients and a special interest in first-generation Americans and those affected by cultural loss, mourning, and intergenerational conflicts. I also work with individuals and couples navigating the complexities of cross-cultural relationships and identity challenges.

Let’s work together to enhance communication, deepen intimacy, and cultivate stronger, more authentic connections in your relationships.
